President Emeritus

Gayle Niles moved to Denver after many years of living in Washington, D.C. and believes taking advantage of the opportunity to live in a state with great outdoor activities was the best decision ever. Her career in contracting spans two decades and included time as a contract administrator and manager as well as adventures in the field of writing. Some of this experience includes:

Contract Administrator UC San Diego at Scripps Institute of Oceanography on the international Oasis Project involving Hydrothermal vents at the bottom of the ocean with the Marine Biology Department.

Private practice Niles Dulaney and Parker- contracts, real property, banking, Corporate law and contracts at NCSI in IT and health care.

Contract Manager for the American Water Works Association Research Foundation, who partnered with national an international organizations in drinking water research.

GSA, Contract Specialist, Norad Northcom Titan project.

Bureau of Reclamation, Contract Specialist on the construction and management of the Tularosa NM Water Research Lab.

US Geological Survey Contract Specialist, National Water Quality Lab and Geospacial program.

Her education includes, Colorado State University, Ft. Collins, CO, B.S., Western State University, San Diego,CA Juris Dr.

She has written and published a practical legal guide for women entitled “Womens’ Counsel” as well as a legal column for Vogue Magazine.

Her time in Denver led her into local town politics with the final result being elected to several Weld county board positions. The learned skill of how to deal with a variety of opinions from citizens greatly improved her contract negotiating skills among others.
