President-Elect

Phil Seckman has been a member of the NCMA Denver Chapter since 2004. Phil served as the Treasurer for the 2010-2011 program year and was nominated for President Elect for the 2011-2012 program year.

Phil is an associate attorney with the law firm McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP. Phil is a member of the firm's government contracts department and counsels clients concerning a wide range of government and commercial contract matters, including contract formation, cost and pricing, and the assessment and presentation of complex contract adjustment requests, Freedom of Information Act issues, as well as investigations and counseling work regarding contract and regulatory compliance, control and monitoring issues. Phil also has experience pursuing and intervening with regard to federal bid protests as well as litigating disputes in various federal and state courts, and federal government contract administration boards.

Phil graduated from the University of Denver College of Law and served on the board of editors of the Denver Journal of International Law & Policy.
