Please join the Denver Chapter on Thursday April 11th from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (MST) for the NCMA Webinar “Size Protests – What You Need to Know.” This webinar provides an introductory look into the world of size protests. The discussion will address the unique features of this particular process—such as affiliation, filing requirements, and the timeframes associated with size protests. Participants will earn 1.5 CPE/CLP credits. The presenters are Mr. Alexander Gorelik, JD, CPCM and Mr. Jacob Scott, JD.
Mr. Gorelik is an Associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Smith, Currie & Hancock LLP, has more than seven years of prior experience in federal contracting at the U.S. Department of the Navy. Before entering private practice, he worked as a Senior Contracting Officer for the Office of Naval Research (ONR) and a Contract Specialist for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Program Office.
Mr. Scott is an Of Counsel in the Washington, D.C. office of Smith, Currie & Hancock LLP, practicing government contract law, construction litigation. He represents clients at the Government Accountability Office, U.S. Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, U.S. Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and various federal District Courts.
