Corporate Sponsorship Chairperson
Arash Heidarian has been a member of the NCMA Denver Chapter since 2007. Arash currently serves as the Corporate Sponsorship/Grants chairperson.
Arash is an associate attorney with the law firm McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP and is a member of the firm's construction and government contracts departments. Arash counsels clients on a wide range of commercial and government contract issues, including: claims resolution, compliance and investigations, fraud and debarment, contract risk assessments, prime and subcontract negotiations and bid protests.
Arash is originally from the Washington D.C. area. Prior to working at McKenna, Arash was an associate at a boutique firm in Washington, D.C., where he counseled clients on government contract construction issues. Prior to practicing law, Arash served as a clerk for the Honorable Francis X. Flaherty, of the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
Arash went to college in Southern Virginia, receiving a B.B.A.degree from James Madison University in 2002. He attended law school at Roger Williams University, in Bristol, Rhode Island, and received a Master of Law degree in the field of government procurement from the George Washington University School of Law in 2007.
Arash moved to Denver in 2007. In his free time he enjoys playing basketball and spending time outdoors with his family.
