Chair - Newsletter Don Toussaint is a recent law school graduate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Currently, he is employed with Gordon and Rees, LLP in Denver. Prior to law school, Don worked as a registered representative/ plan coordinator for Great West Retirement Services for over nine years. In this capacity, Don worked as one of the primary contact and investment counselor for the State of Colorado Deferred Compensation Plan, Town of Parker Deferred Compensation Plan, and the City of Lakewood 401(k) and Deferred Compensation Plan. Don also taught night school a Emily Griffith High School in Denver. Don joined the Denver chapter of the National Contract Management Association last April and became a board member in June. He joined NCMA due to its reputation as the preeminent contract management association in the region and its ability to educate and mentor professionals entering the field. In addition to his law degree, Don earned his Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Colorado and a Masters of Science degree in management from Regis University. Don is actively involved in his community, volunteering as a commissioner
for the Aurora Judicial Commission and a past candidate for the
Aurora City Council. He has been married for ten years and have
two young
