Susan K. Holland is the founder, owner, and President of ETI Professionals Inc., a human resources management firm. Since founding the company in 1992, Ms. Holland has led ETI Professionals in its mission to provide quality employees for professional, technical, and managerial positions in a variety of fields.
In just six years, Susan Holland grew ETI from a single office in her native Colorado to a corporation with five divisions across the United States. A large part of ETI’s success can be attributed to Ms. Holland’s foresight in securing government certifications for ETI, including SDB, DBE, SBA 8(a), and Woman-owned business. These certifications greatly assist in obtaining government contracts, which comprise a large portion of ETI’s business.
Some of Ms. Holland’s federal government contracts are with the Department of Commerce, Department of Defense, Department of Energy, and Department of Interior. ETI’s wide base of satisfied customers incorporates many private sector clients as well, such as Battelle, EarthTech, SAIC, Lockheed Martin, TetraTech, Washington Group, Shaw Infrastructure & Environment, and Raytheon.
Ms. Holland’s vision stems from her extensive experience in corporate-based human resources, where she performed a variety of functions including administering compensation plans and policies, responding to charges filed with regulatory agencies, implementing layoff terminations, and developing screening methods to identify quality job candidates.
